The QR code won't scan

• Or type the address instead, from the flyer or your school's message.

The camera won't open

• iPhone (Safari): tap aA (or the page icon) in the address bar → Website Settings → Camera: Allow, then reload. Or Settings → Safari → Camera → Allow.
• Android (Chrome): tap the icon left of the address → Permissions → Camera: Allow, then reload.
• Close other apps that use the camera (video calls), then try again.
• Still stuck? Film the moves with the normal camera app and use Upload a video instead.

The scores look wrong

• Film from the side, with the whole body in the picture (head to feet), the phone sideways and propped up about 3 big steps away.
• Good light and one person in the shot help a lot. Then check again.
• The AI measures; the Master decides. Scores are practice guides, never a belt decision.

The video didn't send

Video needs a good connection (Wi-Fi is best). If it fails, your results are still sent and the Master can still reply. Try again later from the same page.

I lost my progress link

The same phone and browser remember it: open the kick check page again and tap Progress. On a new phone, ask the martial arts school that shared this link to text you the link, or email info@certifml.com with your child's first name and your mobile number.

I didn't get the text or email

• Texts come from the martial arts school that shared this link, usually within a day. Check that the mobile number was right.
• Emails: look in Spam or Promotions.
• To stop texts, reply STOP.
